Calidad, rapidez, eficacia y buen precio!! Me llegaron las zapatillas literalmente en un día y medio. Las pedí un martes por la tarde y el jueves por la mañana las tenía en casa, y todo eso en navidad q hay más jaleo. El repartidor muy comunicativo y las zapatillas perfectas. Calidad, rapidez, eficacia. Y mejor precio q en otros sitios!!! Repetiré.😁

Extremely trustworthy and efficient ecommerce. I bought a pair of Ugg tazz from the website, but at first I had doubts about originality. Actually there is nothing to worry about, everything is authentic.
Plus the customer service is amazing. I ordered a 36 at first, my usual size. The shipping was honestly super fast. When I got them I tried them on and I realized they were a little bit tiny for me. I had to change the shoe number, and it could’ve not been easier. They have both the return and the change option. So I simply had to fill in the form to change the shoes, bring the box to the closest UPS point and that was it, plus WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL SPENDING, not even for the shipping back.
Additionally, I also made a little mistake filling out the form where I wrote a wrong shipping address. I wrote an email and in no time they reached out and very kindly they solved the problem.
That was honestly amazing, my best experience with an ecommerce.

Recomiendo Zacaris 100x100. He comprado varias veces y la verdad que me sorprende la rapidez con la que llegan los pedidos , y si no lo quieres por cualquier motivo tienes 1 año para devolverlo y te lo van a buscar a casa, atención al cliente un 10. Sin duda seguiré comprando en Zacaris.

Realicé por primera vez una compra en esta empresa, Zacaris, con mis dudas de si llegaría el producto y qué llegaría, y tengo que decir que la compra y el servicio ha sido EXCELENTE, de 10! El lunes llame al servicio atención al cliente, ya que no me fiaba mucho, y me atendieron de momento y super amable la chica. Me informo que el pedido ya se había enviado.
Y llego el martes por la mañana, y era el abrigo tal cual me había pedido, color y talla. Encantadisima estoy y volveré a repetir para compras de zapatos y ropa.
