Excellent and serious Sales Management with top-level customer relations

This is my first order with ZACARIS, and I'm really very satisfied with their customer service.

I had to exchange an item for a larger size, and I was very well supported by Mercedes, a Customer Service Advisor.

She handled my request responsively and explained the process clearly. Despite the interminable time it took for UPS to return the item for exchange, the sales teams at ZACARIS processed the exchange extremely quickly, compared to what I'm used to in France.
